「We were very happy with the resort. The staff is very helpful and resort is very clean. 」

「Good food, excellent staff. Partial ocean view was mostly of a construction site but was not in the room much so not an issue next time I wouldn’t select that option. If your on the first floor above the theatre the music might get bother you if your a light sleeper. All the restaurants have good food and we never had to wait to get in. Would definitely book for a holiday again. 」

「We stayed at the Family Selection portion of the resort and the staff were so helpful. In particular, Josue from Expedia and Marianna, one of the concierges went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special- decorated our room for him and had a birthday dessert set up for him at dinner. They were helpful at making dinner reservations for us every night. We liked going to the Nest for breakfast, lunch and poolside snacks and drinks. This restaurant is only for the Family Selection guests....

「Rooms- The check-in starts your vacation down in a an underground room. On the way to this room, there are multiple broken tiles and renovation needed almost everywhere you look. The rooms were clean and beds were nice. But, the rooms were still in need of touch-ups (missing paint, faded mirrors, etc.) and had an older smell to them. The two ATM machines were broken so we had to go next door to the competing hotel to use theirs. Poole/bars- As far as the pool goes, every chair at the pool is...

「Had a great experience overall and really liked the room amenities. Only downside was the A/C had some issues, which was a little surprising, woke up in the middle of the night because of it. Hopefully that’s something that can be fixed in the future and bugs inside the room. 」

「Stayed here seven days with hubby, pros- friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms every day by housekeeping, free Wi-Fi, plenty of food and drinks, even at the pool area, spacious resort, and well kept grounds, fun, hibachi restaurant, no crowds and plenty of complementary lawn chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Cons- very far from the Boardwalk, about 55 minutes to boardwalk and airport, terrible steaks at LaBahia, no maps or orientation at check in, pricey shops ($12 for small bag of chocolate...

「We loved our stay. We stayed in the newer tower, amazing views of whales and sunsets. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Three pools to pick from. Beach has some rocks but I thought it was nice. Good beach chairs. I would stay there again. Area not busy like the city, I loved that. The restaurant had good food but needed more drink selection. Amenities close by. We will miss being there🤗」

「Rooms are super outdated , bed was decent but overall it was still peasant stay . The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed their night shows and the food was good which made up for the outdated hotel . For price and a few days not bad . Would encourage for updated pics . 」
