Very clean, beautiful property. Not much to do in the immediate area, not walkable iff the resort. Beach is lovely and long, waves were strong. Food in the buffets was good.

The beach was wonderful, we saw Humpback Whales in the distance while having a drink at the Sunset Bar. The resort is well laid out and easy to get around. The 2 buffet areas provided great choice and decent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restraunts were OK. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The coffe shop was great for a pastry and afternoon caffeine pick me up. The pool area was safe and accessible ,lots of beds, games, and the kids club looked fabulous if we had littles. Negatives-my opinion not 5 star, a little rough around the edges, service was disappointing staff seemed overworked and not very friendly, drink service was slow and unenthusiastic. Overall good value for money, not disappointed, take sunscreen as it's $40 at the onsite store. Whale watch and boogie board hire are worth the money. Uber is affordable and easy for transfers from airport to hotel.

La habitación estaba sucia. Había una telaraña enorme arriba del lugar del frigobar. Cuando abres la llave del agua del lavamanos, se cae toda el agua afuera del lavamanos. One of the very good resorts with excellent rooms, very nice staff, excellent facilities. Good drinks and food. They could add a bit more vegetarian meal options and some better evening entertainments. This will be my goto place.

The resort grounds are attractive and well laid out, with a nice blend of tropical and modern design. The lobby and patio overlooking the beach are standouts, and the pools are clean and well maintained, though fairly standard. The beach is decent with strong waves, and there are frequent vendors, which may be a drawback for some guests. Service was generally okay, though interactions often felt sales-oriented, particularly with concierge staff. Front desk service was fine, and housekeeping was consistent with daily cleaning, though attention to detail varied. Bar and restaurant service was adequate but not especially memorable, and dining reservations felt somewhat rigid. Food was the main area of disappointment. While there was a wide selection typical of an all-inclusive resort, overall quality and seasoning were inconsistent, and many items felt underwhelming. This limited our dining choices more than expected during the stay. Activities were available but limited. Daytime pool activities and a small rotation of games were offered, while evening entertainment was minimal and lightly attended. Overall, the resort offers pleasant surroundings and a standard all-inclusive experience, but food quality, activities, and service consistency may fall short of expectations depending on what you prioritize.

All the staff - entertainment and wait staff are wonderful. Call out to Marco Polo and angel. The grounds of the resort are pristine and well maintained and the pool is beautiful. The rooms, especially the bathroom need updating / refreshing. Tons of marks or mold on the bathroom walls, leaking faucet and broken hairdryer I dealt with. The zero water pressure shower was a pain. I expect more given the current resort rating. The standard of the rooms and amenities has definitely slipped since pre COVID but overall it’s a great property.

Kehli the front desk supervisor is super kind and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. The food options are endless, abundant and delicious. The decorations for Xmas and friendly super courteous was an added bonus. The beach is big enough for all guests with enough chairs and umbrellas. It has all the big resort amenities without feeling like you have to walk many kms a day to take advantage of them. Top tier place and would highly recommend!!

ANTES DE RESERVAR, LEE ESTA OPINIÓN COMPLETA. EN RESUMEN: NO TE RECOMIENDO BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA HOSPEDARTE EN ESTE HOTEL. Este lugar está muy lejos de ser un hotel de cinco estrellas y cuatro diamantes como presume Iberostar. Lo que vivimos aquí no fue una mala experiencia aislada, fue una cadena constante de fallas, engaños y cobros abusivos. Lo poco rescatable (porque también hay que ser justos) Empiezo por lo positivo, aunque es mínimo: • El servicio en los restaurantes sin reserva es realmente bueno. Viajar con una bebé menor de 2 años no es fácil y aquí, al menos en estos restaurantes, encontramos empatía y buen trato. • El equipo de entretenimiento cumple. No es sobresaliente, pero se esfuerzan por hacer sentir especiales a los niños. • Las albercas principales, la de actividades y las terrazas panorámicas son bonitas. La playa está limpia y es muy tranquila para niños pequeños. • Los concierge desde su escritorio son amables. Y hasta ahí. Ahora sí, por qué NO debes reservar en este hotel Puedes revisar mis otras opiniones y verás que no escribo desde el enojo, sino desde la experiencia. Dicho eso, lo que hace Iberostar aquí es tomarle el pelo a sus clientes. Check-in indignante El servicio de check-in es nefasto. El personal de recepción parece permanentemente molesto y te reciben peor que en un hostal, no como en un hotel de lujo. “Upgrades” que en realidad son downgrades Iberostar juega con las categorías de habitaciones para ofrecerte supuestos upgrades
