「This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked...

「We were very happy with the resort. The staff is very helpful and resort is very clean. 」

「Good food, excellent staff. Partial ocean view was mostly of a construction site but was not in the room much so not an issue next time I wouldn’t select that option. If your on the first floor above the theatre the music might get bother you if your a light sleeper. All the restaurants have good food and we never had to wait to get in. Would definitely book for a holiday again. 」
