Primero lo bueno: El personal muy amable y eficiente, mi reconocimiento para recepcionistas, meseros, cocineros y en especial al personal de intendencia. Lo malo es si te gusta hacer filas para todo, para registrarte, para salir, para el desayuno, para la comida, para la cena y en especial para reservar algún restaurante. Inicia a las 8 am y si llegas 7 am corres riesgo de no alcanzar. Las albercas las cierran muy temprano 7:00 pm cuando es el mejor clima.

Nous retournons au Grand Royal Decameron pour le personnel qui est toujours fantastique et ce depuis des années. La nourriture etait bonne. Par contre l'entretien paysager laissait a désirer comparativement a d'habitude. Les haies n'étaient pas coupées etc...

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and since we booked in July, it was a little humid, but when we entered the room, it was very fresh. The food was absolutely delicious and all the bartenders just kept the good times going with the drinks.

The hotel is self is very nice , but the distance depending on where you’re room is , in my case it was far , section 6 , the last one didn’t say it on the reservation, but pls make sure you ask before reservation, very long walk to the buffet restaurant, as the one closest, had only snacks wish I don’t recommend, yucky not good ,,, breakfast at the bigger restaurant was not all good either, staff was very nice though, bar is also ok they will serve what ever you ask for bartenders also nice ,, the hotel is nice but is more like a village the distance to one place to an other is far the weather is horrible in my case super hot and humid, sweaty omg , the show was excellent loved it and if you like to dance the disco place is also very entertaining,,, smokers have to go out of the hotel way in to the street to smoke they only have a few smoking sections ,,

After being there at Royal DeCameron 5 times, it was my last, the new management is horrible, the food is nasty, the bars and swimming pools are closed very early. Nothing like when the Canadians owned it. Im never going back again... I do not recommend it.
