"Overall the hotel complies with basic requirements according to the price you paid . You can find amazing and helpful staff but some of them quite grumpy and arrogant as the house keepers doing a lot of noise while you still sleeping . The Sauna staff aren’t friendly at all . My mom almost slip in the shower cause someone opened the door and took out the main key from the master module so all the electricity was off and the room dark . The food was good but some of the plates were salty and dried . The bar is good and the steak house was the only restaurant we had an amazing time . The entertainment staff and show qualities are the worst and they really need to invest in that ."
