To start you have the wrong address listed in your Expedia account. The correct address is Camino Punta De Mita Km 14 Col, Bahía de Banderas, 63734. Please adjust your site and change to this address immediately as our taxi cab for us and daughter each took 1/2 hour more to find the correct site The beach was very poor and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, even though there were plenty of swimming pools and a good activity centre Our room had several maintenance issues such as leakng Plumbing and holes in the drywall with toilet paper holders falling off !! The hotel was extremely isolated, at least 20 minutes from the nearest village where we were unable to walk to for meals. Not a good place to vacation and if you didn’t have a car to drive of site and basically because your address was wrong, it misleads so many vacationers !!! Please notify us when you have made the correct address adjustment.
