Ampliamente recomendado. La estancia fue amena y muy tranquila. Puntos a destacar: Atención excepcional: El servicio fue rápido y amable; incluso nos permitieron adelantar el check-in debido a que nuestro vuelo llegó antes de lo previsto. Descanso garantizado: Al estar a una distancia considerable del centro de Sayulita, se puede descansar perfectamente sin el ruido de los antros o el tránsito. Ubicación estratégica: Se encuentra a un costado de la terminal de autobuses, lo que facilita el acceso si no viajas en auto. Además, está muy cerca de puntos clave como Pátzcuaro, San Pancho, Playa de los Muertos e incluso San Blas. Ideal para vacaciones familiares; el ambiente entre los huéspedes es muy respetuoso y tranquilo. La señora Sandra y el resto del personal son muy amables, y los mejores guías de turistas.

The room was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive. The layout of the pool and common areas gives plenty of options for guests to relax and enjoy the space. Very family-friendly atmosphere.

Très bien situé, plus tranquille qu'au centre-ville, tout est accessible à distance de marche. Personnel de l'hôtel très aimable et très serviable. Grande chambre, nous étions 4 personnes. Nous allons revenir c'est certain.

When we arrived there was a little mix up on the room. The staff went above and beyond to remedy the issue right away. The room was incredibly clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy with nice linens and a variety of pillows. The towels were nice and fluffy and good pool towels were available at the front desk The kitchen was adequately equipped and bottled water was provided daily as well as water coolers in the outside areas. House keeping was offered daily. The pool was nice and really clean. The public areas were swept and mopped daily and around the pool was mopped up often during It was only a short walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants. The staff were readily available to answer questions and help in whatever we needed. We happily recommended this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at Rivera Sayulita! The staff were outstanding, everyone from the cleaners to the front desk was polite, smiling, and always helpful. The hotel was spotless, with a large pool in the center and spacious rooms that included a handy kitchenette. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was an occasional sewer smell from the bathroom pipes, and the water pressure or Wi-Fi would drop briefly now and then, but nothing major. Overall, an excellent stay in a perfect location. I’d definitely come back. (Yes, some staff speak English.)

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND PERFECT!!!!! Recently my girlfriend and I stayed here for a surfing trip in sayulita, and we are so beyond happy! The hotel was so clean and perfect, the pool and courtyard setup is one of the greatest looks to a hotel I have ever seen! At 7am is the great time to get up, get a coffee sit and watch the sky light up! The room was so perfect, and felt so much at home! The garden area was our favourite spot to relax in the morning day and night! And of course thank you to an amazing staff, so friendly and helpful with anything we needed!! We are so pleased to say we are going to be booking another trip very soon and staying here! Thanks again for an absolutely perfect experience!

The room and the hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help with whatever you need. This hotel is right on the main road which is busy but the noise is not bad once you're in your room. I imagine it might be different if you have a room facing the street. We had a junior suite on the second floor with a kitchen. Everything we needed, utensils, dishes and pots and pans. We did some breakfast cooking in the room. Included is a blender, so we bought fruit and made out own smoothies every day. The common area behind the pool was great for sitting and playing cards or eating snacks after a swim. We only discovered the garden after a couple of days but its more of a smoking corner. Wouldn't go out there unless you need to 😕smelled gross. We walked everywhere in Sayulita and didn't need a car or taxi or golf cart. This hotel is close enough to restaurants, beach and shopping. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean and everything was perfect. No major issues. The only thing was the lighting . It’s very soft and not good to put on make up. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The ladies went above and beyond to help us out with money exchange and phone chargers. Coffee shop, pizza place, Oxxo, pharmacy were all next to the Hotel. 10min walk to center of town. You can rent a golf cart at the hotel to get around better. It was not in the middle of town which was good. no noise at night time. We felt very safe, would definitely stay again
