He covered absolutely everything we needed and was very open in all communications and incredibly helpful. 「Overall, this unit is perfect. It's the nicest unit in PDM that we've stayed in. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and works well for two families with young kids. Uriel was always available and super helpful as property manager. Mina was incredible - her food is some of the best we had during our week in Mexico. She is incredibly kind and can't do enough to help. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning a return trip. I couldn't recommend Natalie's place more.」

「We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. 「This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless.
