If you’re a golfer, this wonderful home is located adjacent to hole #7 of the world renowned, Jack Nicklaus Signature “Pacifico” golf course.

Full access to ALL the beach clubs inside the gates (Pacifico, Surf Club, Kupuri, Sufito and St. Regis). There is a one time fee per-person per stay, paid once directly to the HOA ($50 usd for Adults & Teens and $30 usd children between 5-12 yrs plus VAT).

Great spring break!

The property is nicely located inside the gate of Punta Mita. It is close to the village and the beach clubs are easily accessible. The property is exactly as pictured and amazing. We had breakfast made for us daily and this was a favorite for our family.

Punta Mitas Best

We have stayed in a few units in Hacienda De Mita. We loved about on the bottom level and being able to walk out to the pool. You also have a fabulous view from the porch. All the furnishing are updated and comfortable. Benne made us amazing breakfast/coffee each morning and we sat out on the fabulous porch and enjoyed family time. Ricardo our concierge was great.and helped the trip run very smooth. We will absolutely stay at this until again, it was perfection.

Great spot! You can walk to town but are still behind the gates with the access to all the great amenities. I would recommend to family and friends.

Beartino’s Punta Mita trip

The property was perfect for our two family group of eight. The staff exceeded our expectations and we’ll be back. I’d highly suggest having dinner prepared in the property. That was our favorite dinner during the stay. Alejandra definitely outdid herself. She’s fantastic and I felt like we leaned on her a lot the first part of our stay.

Amazing property in an amazing location!

We absolutely loved our weeklong stay at Condo Coral! We had a group of 8 (two families with kids ranging from 11-15) and everyone had an absolute blast. First of all, the unit is super clean and perfect for two families with each room having their own bathroom. Second, the ground floor unit is a gem for the indoor / outdoor feel and proximity to pool. Lastly, the Hacienda de Mita complex is a great location inside the gates very close to the Punta de Mita town, rec center with tennis/pickleball courts and beach clubs. The golf cart is key to get around and easy to drive. The breakfast made each day by Beni was a highlight and the concierge was easy to work with for restaurant reservations, activity recommendations, groceries, etc. We will be back!

Amazing service!!!

The service of the chef/housekeeper (Benny!), the concierge Alejandra and the in home dinner chefs were truly 5 star. We loved the location. The furnishing of the property were beautiful. We did have some challenges with the unit itself and had to have maintenance come multiple times: lights that would turn to strobe lights in middle of night so we couldn't use one of the bedrooms, a waterspout that wouldn't stop dripping, and a toliet that got clogged and/or broke multiple times. They were helpful getting all the items fixed, but we were surprised by the physical condition of the unit.

Amazing Punta Mita Stay

This was our first time in Punta Mita and we really lucked out with this property. It was large, modern, very clean and nicely decorated. The ground floor was perfect for our kiddos to spill out on the lawn and throw the football around. They made great use of the pool and we spent lots of time at the fitness / tennis / pickleball center that was a 3-min golf cart ridge away. It was also incredibly easy to get to town on our golf carts and we enjoyed some terrific meals and shopping. It is 100% worth it to pay a bit more for Beni to cook breakfast each morning and for Irma to create amazing meals for most of our nights there. That was definitely a highlight. I wish we had spent more time at the beach club that is affiliated with Hacienda de Mita. It was so close and very relaxing. This is the perfect spot for families who surf, but that beach is too rocky for swimming. The best beach club for swimming (Kupuri) is a 15-min golf cart ride away. CONS: The 4th bedroom is a converted laundry room. It was an OK room for little kids, but not suitable for adults and a big step down from the other guest room. The two masters were amazing though. The one free golf cart was old and very slow. We ended up paying extra to have two newer carts to get our group of 8 around. This was unexpected but worth it. Overall, an amazing place.

Incredible stay

We loved our stay at this property! It’s location is amazing. Access to the beach clubs, golf cart to get around and Jose the concierge was phenomenal. The first level was ideal to have the grassy area in the front and the pool very close. The trip was seamless with Jose’s help.

Loved it!

We want to come back to Hacienda de Mita for sure. We loved this unit and the cook and housekeeper!! We had the delicious breakfasts every morning and enjoyed having the lawn right in front of us.

Amazing

It was our first time to Punta Mita and loved absolutely everything about it. The Villa/ Condo was fabulous, 10 out 10, service was impeccable, Punta Mita is just simply stunning. We have visited other better known resorts in Mexico previously and been very disappointed, Punta Mita is a completely different experience and if you are looking for pure class, Punta Mita is the place to go and this villa is the place to stay.

Awesome week at Hacienda de Mita

Took my family of 7 for a week in Punta Mita to celebrate my retirement. The Villa was perfect for us. Our Concierge Jorge checked in on us every day and arranged meals, spa, and tee times. Benny our housekeeper was very attentive and spent a few hours there every day. Golf cart was super fun and made getting around super easy. Highly recommended!

Outstanding!

We loved our vacation in Punta de Mita! For a family of 4 (including two kids age 3 and 7), the villa was perfect in both size and location. We will absolutely be back! PROS - Beautifully decorated, lots of natural light - Very spacious, each with our own bathroom/bedroom. - The villa is ground floor and has a beautiful patio with doors that open completely to the outdoors. Just beyond is a green grassy lawn that our kids loved to play on. The shared community pool is just 30-40 yards further and provided awesome play time in the off-hours before dinner. It felt like a private pool since no one else in the complex used it. The indoor-outdoor living was a huge plus for us. - The included golf cart was fabulous. It was an activity in and of itself for the little ones and allowed us to easily cruise around the resort to the various beach clubs, golf courses, tennis/fitness center, or into the actual town of Punta de Mita for tacos or shopping. The villa comes with "premium membership" so you have access to everything. - The resort itself is gated and very secure. Immaculate grounds throughout, full of flowers, palm trees, and wildlife. All staff were friendly and helpful. - Villa comes with an option for a breakfast chef/housekeeper and an additional option for a dinner-time chef. Highly recommend both! It made our vacation feel very luxurious. The food was excellent and abundant! - Villla also comes with a personal concierge. Jorge was attentive and responsive to all our requests and questions, whether it was arranging a boat excursion, golf tee times, transport to/from airport, and restaurant outings. - Wifi worked great if you need it. CON - Hot water was an issue during our stay. Jorge sent maintenance right away but we never got more than 5 min of hot water each evening for showers.

This unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable!

Renting this property was very easy. Jorge our concierge made everything easy and painless. Check in was a breeze and he was always available when l had any questions. We loved being on the first floor as the patio opened up to the beautiful grassy area then the pool. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is more beautiful in person than in the pictures (if that’s even possible!) Our housekeeper took such great care of us and made us the most amazing breakfast spreads every day. The property manager and owner were both easy to get a hold of when needed and very friendly. The condo came with a golf cart which came in handy for our family of five to cruise around the town. The only issue we had is that the pool in front of the condo was under maintenance when we arrived and we had no prior knowledge of this, but we were able to use the pool next-door. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Relaxing stay

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The condo was modern, quiet, and had wonderful amenities (pool, golf cart, access to beach clubs). The property manager was always available to organise transfers and other requests. Our housekeeper and chef were wonderful and took such good care of us. We had minor issues with can be corrected with deeper cleaning -for instance one of the bathroom drains had become clogged with hair from prior renters. Overall though we had a very relaxing stay and recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The condo is big, clean, comfortable and beautiful! The concierge and housekeeper were very helpful. The amenities from Punta Mita provide opportunities for everyone to have a great time! We hope we can be back soon.
