“This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. “I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. “This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We stayed in Casita 1 and the view was so beautiful. 103 steps from the beach to Casita but it was so worth the effort. The property is well taken care of and the room was so clean and well maintained. The outside shower was our favorite. We cannot wait to come back . Thank you for your hospitality! ”
