Check in was brutal. When we arrived at our assigned room - after first being taken to the wrong room - we discovered there was a leak in the ceiling by the air conditioner. We asked for a different room but were told none were available. We had to wait for a couple of hours while the maintenance guy repaired the leak and the water was cleaned up, There were 4 of us staying in the room. Had to ask for a larger coffee pot(which we had to find a creative way to work because it had the wrong size pot) and more coffee. Only 2 cups so again had to ask for cups. Also didn't have enough towels for 4 people so constantly had to ask for towels and face cloths and toilet paper. Coffee maker and cups were never cleaned by staff. Sliding door did not lock.
