"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. ..."

"I loved this place, however, they charged both myself and another in my group for drinking there $4 waters. $8.62 each. He did say he drank one and I didn't drink any. They did remove my charge, but it felt scammy. Will find another place for my group next time. Hasta Luego Best Western."

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
