"Staff were generally helpful and cheerful. Room was reasonably comfortable however, we had considerable condensation build-up daily which resulted in a damp bed and drops of water which fell on us a few times. The carpet in our room was damp and the room, especially the closet, smelled of mildew. ..."

"Very disappointing. Had to call 3 times for extra towels and toilet paper. Paid $30 a day for parking and wasn't able to park in parking structure due to lack of parking but was still charged. Had to call a third party vendor who handles the parking issues so hotel was unable to reverse charges. ..."

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
