"Had a lovely stay. Room was great. Took ages to get to the hotel from the airport in the morning due to traffic and we were unable to have an early check in, so we had to wait until 3pm to get into our room after a very long journey. We were inconvenienced when we were unable to get the shuttle back to the airport during early hours and the trains didn’t run until later than we needed, so had to pay for a private taxi which wasn’t cheap. Other than transfers, this was an ideal stay."

"Great location and close to shopping, subway/bus, and restaurants. Good for family of 4 if you stay in the family suites. Nice experience for our last 2 nights in Seoul. Staff were helpful regarding any questions we had. We had noisy neighbours one night (2.30am!!) and called reception to let them know and within 10 minutes the noise was gone as they said they would send house keeping to check the floor. Happy that they were able to sort this out. Would recommend and stay again."

"This is an excellent location near subway, large department stores and Myeong Dong night market. Rooms are very good but the bathrooms are quite small. The bidet is functional out of date. The guest laundry is a big plus. Each load is 5000 but oddly only 1000 won bills are accepted. Breakfast buffet fine for a the first day or so but after that I feel you are better off walking around the area to find local breakfast spot. "

"Great Location & Stylish Vibes in the Heart of Gangnam I stayed at Hotel L7 Gangnam by LOTTE for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable—right near Seolleung Station, which made getting around Seoul super convenient. There are tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so you’re never bored. It has an amazing bar lounge if you want to relax and have couple drinks it is perfect. The hotel itself has a modern, trendy feel with a clean and minimal aesthetic....
