A disappointment I am afraid…
Poor communication prior to trip - I sent several messages trying to clarify something but got no response
Toilet leaks - there’s a puddle of water on the floor from time to time because of it
Room not tidy up to the standard expected - I placed the bathrobe somewhere in the room on a surface, is it too much if I expect them to at least hang the bathrobe up?
For this standard, I am afraid the price was quite unreasonable… not to mention I would really need to ask for the invoice to see what else is charged to the bill… we stayed for two nights and paid over 1150 USD. For this amount, we could have stayed in a proper 5-star with no disappointment.
