We had a great time. The room and entire property was always clean. Food was good for an all inclusive. Kids enjoyed getting pizza everyday. Only complaint was the bed was rock hard my husband had a difficult time sleeping and was up by 530 each morning with back pain.

We stayed at the Colonial the first time and Elegance this time we upgraded for the Elegance club and Katherine R., our butler, was very attentive to anything we needed. Construction everywhere… could not use most of the pool, it was closed… woken up daily to construction outside our door… tv missing from room, they said due to remodel but never offered to give us another one. Not our first stay here, first time was great this time was completely different
