Staff was outstanding, always a friendly greeting when you entered the hotel. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tap room was a nice place to have breakfast outside. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown or the pier in the water areas.

Room was clean with everyday service, the staff was polite and very helpful. Complimentary coffee was available only in the mornings. In the afternoons and eveningss no coffee or hot water was in service.

Room was good enough , they cleaned. I didn't realize I had to pay resort fee when paid from Expedia. Also liscense got taken away to keep the luggage cart, good practice just felt little rude. BlackJack $5 and $15 Roulette were good..
