The hotel location are good very closet to the beach. The Hotel rum are too small . The reception personal and the bar servic very good . Breakfast are too pool to be 4 star .Cleaning lady need to be more trained how to clean the rum .

Great hotel

We loved it. The rooms were comfortable and really clean. The breakfast was great, a good selection of both western and Thai food. The egg station was great. But best of all was the pool. Our grandchildren could easily have played in the pool the whole time. We would recommend it to anyone going on a family holiday.

Hotel is avarage standard, Shower did not work any good, the water pressure was so low that it tok for to take a shower. There was also a BIG unsecure situation with elevators. One situation the elevator droped down 4 stores with people inside. Scary situation. Dinning at the restaurant was a really bad experience. I order rosted salmon and i can't understand how it is possible to destroy fish like they did in that kitchen. It seems to me it was a frozen fish they put in micro and 1 min on the grill. The fish was so dry that it was not possible to eat. It was also expencive.

It is a beautiful and grand property but my room had a few peoblem like key card was defective, the bathroom door was not finctioning and it took almost 20-30 minutes just to fix only and the safe deposit vault was not functioning, too. I feel this was a lapse in housekeeping part. Room checklist was not done properly before releasing the room

良かった点 価格の割にプールの雰囲気がとても良いです。また同様に朝食もフレッシュジュースがあるなど工夫を感じました。ドアマンのSupojさんがとても親切だったことが特に心に残りました。ありがとうございます。 悪かった点 チェックアウトの際にフロントの男性に泥棒扱いされ非常に衝撃を受けました。「あなたは盗ったか？」と翻訳した画面を20分ほど見せられ詰問されました。ランドリーバックを盗んだか？という事らしいです。最終的に周囲のスタッフが助けてくれましたがあまりの出来事に動揺しました。 2部屋泊まりましたが高層階にも関わらずベランダドアの鍵が壊れて2部屋ともロックできませんでした。（フロントに伝えたら直してもらえましたが）ベランダにはテーブルと椅子があり子どもがいるので、命に関わります。 プールやロビーなの雰囲気が良いのに、メルキュールと名乗って良いのか？疑問です。また私の部屋の前にオムツとトイレットペーパーのゴミが置かれていました。フロントに伝えたら「それは私は知らない」とだけ言われました。 トラブルが起きる事を割り切れば、良いホテルです。Supojさんありがとう。あなたがいなければこのホテルに良い思い出ができなかった。

Der Fahrstuhl war seit dem 18.7.25 defekt. Wir waren bis 18.8. dort. Das war wirklich ein Manko. So hat jede Fahrt erheblich länger gedauert. Aber sonst haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt als Familie! 7/11 dicht bei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wäsche zu Fuss erreichbar, super Lage! Super Poolanlage, super Frühstück!

A moldy room to another moldy room

The first room we’ve check in got an unpleasant smell, moldy tiles + curtain in the bathroom, the water unable to drain in a reasonable time, then we requested to change the room, same thing happened just that was less moldy. The only recommended point is the location of this hotel, easily get to Terminal 21 and pattaya beach.
