OVERALL GOOD FOR CHILDREN

For Indian Travellers with a family and small children it is a good property as the WAVE swimming pool is the attraction for kids . Hotel has child friendly policies but the size of the rooms is small as is everywhere in Pattaya. For adult fun seekers it's a little away from the action zone and you need transport maybe GRAB. Hotel shuttle is just for show not effective.

It looks like "Waiting" is the concept in this hotel. 1) Had to wait for CHECK-IN for 40min 2) Had to wait for CHECK-OUT for 35min 3) Had to wait for Elevator every time 4) was charged the damage of towel w/o showing anything Other 2 HOTEL of same group were good, but this hotel was worst.

Cost too much. Hotels.com did not send reservations until 12 hours after making to the hotel. Stayed this place only to impress a lady. I will not stay again.

The property worked for us and we had two conjoining rooms for our 4 person family. It was not a suite, but conjoining rooms. Basic and fine. Nothing special, but it did the trick for us. Fun little water park. It would be great for families with kids under 10 years old.

一個非常吵雜的飯店，早餐的用餐環境堪比美食街。

一個吵雜又不舒服的飯店，我入住20樓，每天都會被路過酒店的汽車、機車、奇怪的動物聲音吵醒。 早餐的用餐環境就像百貨公司美食街一樣吵。 已經離開鬧區很遠了，沒想到團客居然那麼多，這是一個團客、及泰國本地人居多的飯店。 我住四天三夜，天天爆滿，建議不用訂早餐，離開飯店吃早餐吧！吃早餐是惡夢，還有房間的鋁窗跟落地窗無法隔絕外在環境聲音，怕吵的你不要選這家飯店。

Amazing hotel! The kids had so much fun in the pools, the playground and the playroom . The breakfast was excellent! The only complaint is about the elevators - there are only a few elevators and a lot of floors so the elevators are busy and you have to wait..

對於想要比較多的時間待在飯店的我們，這是一間很適合的飯店，我們跟小孩花了很多時間在飯店游泳池，健身房裡的撞球檯。玩夠了才搭飯店的接駁車到機場夜市找吃的，如果時間允許就坐接駁車回來，如果來不及bolt叫車也才不到百元，很ok
