The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Room was spacious, clean and a super view. Shower etc 10/10 However having to pay extra fir premium wi fi was not fair, also prices around the pool and breakfast were very high. I had one breakfast, and then the remainder in local restaurants. Location very good.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs.

I was glad I upgraded to an ocean view (for an extra fee). The location is convenient, and it's easy to get to anywhere. The breakfast was excellent and we had it outside, which was very relaxing. Above all, the staff was fantastic. This is the best hotel in Pattaya. I've been to Pattaya many times, but I'll be coming here from now on.
