Stayed here twice now, the places are so lovely, clean fresh and everything you need. If there are any hiccups they are always resolved quickly. Only thing this time was some utensils could do with updating like pans, toaster, and there were many many centipedes around and within the pool, which couldn't be helped and maintenence removed them quickly. Would definitely recommend and will visit again for sure. Its a short taxi ride to nightlife bars restaurants etc,

I booked the 1 Bedroom Pool Villa it was very nice and comfortable. I really liked that they had Mini Bar with Drinks so I was able to have a few drinks when I arrived till I could get to stock up at 7 11.

Loved it!

The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The villa was older but was clean. Bed were harder than I liked and the hot water in the master bedroom was not constant. It was further away from Pattaya than I wanted to stay. They had taxi service available. It met my needs for 9 people and everyone enjoyed the house.

Ok, but not great

Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the pictures in the booking site were old so the property was in fact a lot more worn out that we expected. Pool had many sharp edges as the tile grout was nonexistent. The tableware was insufficient and there were no oil, salt or pepper for cooking (you could buy those from reception but I would have thought they were included). In conclusion a bit pricey for the quality.

It’s a nice villa. The same vibe as Bali but way less expensive. It’s far away from walking street maybe 20mins car ride- with traffic maybe 30 mins. It’s good for groups as there’s lots of things to do: pool table, swimming pool with slide, huge living area with sofa and nice dining area.
