「洗澡熱水不會熱，去跟櫃台反應才處理 一進房間沒冷氣，也是要去跟櫃台反應才有 實際入住跟網站上照片差異很大 要入住使飯店請三思 唯一的優點應該是離車站很近吧!」

「Great little hotel right next to the station and in a few minutes' walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops in the city centre. It's also super convenient for the airport. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It took a little while for hot water to come through but it wasn't so cold that I couldn't shower.」

「Vår resas mest prisvärda hotell - vi reste runt i Toscana och bodde på sammanlagt sju olika hotell och detta var nog det mest prisvärda, inte lyxigt på något sätt men bekvämt, fräscht och med promenadavstånd till allt man önskar. Även frukosten prisvärd utan att sticka ut. Trevlig personal även om receptionen inte var bemannad mer än under korta stunder. Rummet var bra men saknade fler eluttag.」
