「There were noises from the wall at night from the wall. The next morning we spoke to Ms. GOLDEN at the front desk and they promptly moved us to another room. Ended up being a pipe issue. Everyone at the front desk was nice, helpful and accommodating.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. My most recent stay was problematic. I stayed in room 306. When I first walked in the mini fridge was leaking. i sent a note to their system. Then I went to the bathroom later that evening and there was a roach in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk and the front desk man came up and killed one. Apparently he didn’t note it anywhere He also put a towel under the refrigerator. That night I killed three more roaches and saw that the paint was...
