「Good spot right on the plaza in Como. Bed was a bit firm/uncomfortable. Shower was good, but you needed to mop up the bathroom floor afterwards. Windows kept out most noise, but be aware on the weekend nights the plaza is loud into the wee hours.」

「Hotel was very nice and clean. If you have the choice, pick the room w patio. Lovely. Access to e-bike, pool table. Walk around the 3 castles, visit the Tibet bridge. 」

「Das Frühstück war so vielfältig und liebevoll vorbereitet- ich fand es sehr sehr gut, ich war auch schon öfters in 5 Sterne Hotels- da ist dieses Hotel mit seinen 3 Sterne echt wirklich super Wenn ich etwas kritisieren sollte, dann vielleicht, dass man erst ab 8:15 Uhr zum Frühstück kann - aber das ist wohl dieser liebevollen Zubereitung geschuldet - denn da benötigt man auch Zeit. Dann war der Pool nicht beheizt- war aber für mich nicht das Problem- bin trotzdem gerne geschwommen-...

「第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。」

「Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. 」

「Cosy little family run hotel, where the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The village was nice and peaceful in the evening, but there were a few bars and restaurants around to eat and drink in. Hotel was perfectly placed about 1 minute walk away from the ferry station, so easy to get around even without a car」

「Ubicado frente a la estación de ferry de Tremezzo, cerca de un parque gratuito para entrar al lago, a 5 minutos caminando de la Villa Carlota. El hotel cuenta con desayuno bufete incluido, sin embargo la comida no es italiana, parece estar hecho para un público extranjero, pero cumple su función y puedes desayunar con una vista increible frente al lago. La habitación tiene una vista preciosa y un pequeño balcón con sillas y mesa. El estado de la habitación podría estar mejor, ya que las puertas...
