“Gunstig gelegen hotel , maar zeker geen 4 sterren waard om de volgende redenen : airconditioning werkte niet ( stond in de verwarming stand ) , kreeg te horen dat ik het raam maar open moest doen .Uiteraard kreeg je het geluid van de straat er “ gratis “ bij . Helaas bleef het veel te warm in de kamer ( boven de 25 graden , begin april ) . Dan de douche, hier was slechts een half wandje ( schijnt modern te zijn) , maar heel de badkamer werd nat en glad. Ook miste ik een stoel in de kamer . Je……

“Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt von Prizren gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war groß. Aber leider war der Wasserkocher nicht sauber und es gab nur noch wenig Duschgel in den beiden Flaschen. ”

“I stayed June 2025. The property is exceptionally clean and chic. I had a standard room with a king bed. It had a panoramic view and big terrace. The pool facilities are nice. Pool side service is an additional charge. They allow day passes , so the pool might also include people who are not guests. I was there during busy season, but it wasn’t crowded and I could be off by myself. Traveling alone as a professional female (took this weekend to relax) I appreciate this factor. “Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. The only part we did not like was their technique of housekeeping. Yes, the room was cleaned well, but there was a rule that there had the be a 3 day gap between cleanings. Second part was time of cleaning, it would not be done while we were out of the room during the day. By the time we returned in the afternoon, either the room cleaning was still being done where we had to wait in the lobby or the cleaning would not have even started. ”

“Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent……
