“Clean and friendly staff!”

“This property has a great location if you want to stay central and the food during breakfast is good. What is very disappointing is the staff. There was no assistance by anyone when I arrived around 5pm. I would understand if I had come in the middle of the night but I came at the decent time and receptionist offered to help only after I already brought in all my luggage. He passed by as I was entering and just walked off. I stayed here for or 5 nights and my room was not cleaned even once,……

“The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.”

“Lovely hotel tucked away just off the central pedestrian cafe area. Gorgeous rooms and spa/pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. ”

“The room was very clean. Located on the edge of the city center/pedestrian area. Walkable to most major sites. Parking a couple blocks away. The only thing I think could be improved is getting access information before you're at the door.”
