“It should not be at four star hotel, I have been to 65 countries, their common areas are horrible, every hotel room view is very poor, there is construction next-door making it loud and difficult to find the property, the towels and linen feel like sandpaper and I asked them for more fresh ones and they said no, their gym is a joke, I asked management if I could leave early without financial for fixture and they said no, I never saw any guests there, that explains it, there were many absolutely……

“The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.”
