“It was a clean and comfortable place right in the center of town. It had a pretty elaborate buffet breakfast.
The lady of the front desk was not great at recommending restaurants.
Also, I was put on the 5th floor when the elevator goes only to the 4th. I had requested no steps for my wife. But she decided not to take the trip. Otherwise, that would have been unacceptable.”

“One night, no sleep, and no one willing to help
We booked a single night at this property while driving back from a beach vacation, roughly nine hours on the road, with the plan to rest and continue our trip in the morning. That rest never happened.
A group of children (around 30 of them) gathered outside, in front of the reception desk, and shouted and screamed from around 9 pm until at least 11 pm. I cannot say exactly when it stopped, because I eventually had to take a night pill to fall……
