“This place was an absolute bargain for the quality of the room and the proximity to lovely café downstairs with amazing breakfast. The room was spacious had a clean and modern bathroom, blackout blinds and a good size balcony. It was a short taxi driver away from the town centre but with cafés restaurants and shops close by no staff reception as such for the café downstairs acted as staff for the property upstairs and dealt with the check-in et cetera.”

“The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth……

“My room was not cleaned during my entire time there. I had to use the same towels while there. On the day i checked out i was asked for a bedroom tax. There was no mention of this when i booked the room. The two ladies at the reception desk when i left were very rude to me and spoke in a language i did not understand. They seemed very aggressive.”

“The hotel itself is an antique resort which is located at the city center and near to most of the historic sites. The breakfast is a plus.”
