The hotel had very large spacious rooms. They were however somewhat dated. There was a delicious breakfast included, just a shame that the breakfast staff are unnecessarily abrupt to guests about taking a fruit / pastry away with you.

Parking is an issue, I only found out that they have limited parking spaces, like only 6 or 8 once I arrived. I was advised that i needed to pre-book the parking.. also it is very difficult to stop outside this hotel as its on a busy corner. They directed me to a public car park across the road.

I selected this hotel because it offered free parking, when I arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and then they informed me that they only have 8 parking spots, and I needed to reserve them in advance, they just blamed it on Expedia. I had to go down the street and find a public lot. They told me the public lot would take a credit card, not to worry. I went to retrieve my car and they only took cash 🙄. The Good side was it was only about $10 to park overnight. Hotel was great and well worth, breakfast was included and great, it was close to a lot of walking activities and I would stay here again. Bottom line: well worth the money as long as you are aware of reserving a parking spot.

Great Location

This hotel is centrally located and close to everything including great eateries and places of interest. The staff are very helpfull and can organise anything for you. The room is like a mini apartment with a large comfy bed and also a sofa with chairs. We always enjoy our stay here.

Central location but a neglected hotel. Cleanliness poor, curtains half falling off so hard to shut out the evening light. Saw a few bugs in my room. Basic amenities but the breakfast is decent. Poor wifi also so not great for working.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings haben die Gardinen nicht das flackernde Licht von draußen abhalten können, weshalb schlafen eher schwierig war. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit echt nicht gut. Lange Haare hingen im Abfluss und die Duschsachen des vorherigen Nutzers waren noch in der Badewanne. Die Streifen vom „putzen“ konnte man am Fernseher noch erkennen. Das Frühstück und den Abholservice mochte ich aber sehr gerne.

Good hotel with a couple of room issues.

I had a nice, large comfortable room. However, my room faced southwest so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times as the room got very warm from the direct sun. I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away.

Empfehlenswert und zentral gelegen.

Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie sehr zügig. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und gut ausgfestattet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut hergerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Novi Sad. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat das Hotel organisiert und es war recht günstig.
