"The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value."

"No heat except space heater in room. No elevator for guests only staff. Breakfast served on 6 th floor. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Long walk up when you can’t breathe properly"

"Very central hotel (just minutes from the main square). Very close to restaurants and bars. It’s also accessible to the port to visit the Lake. Very nice people. The bar and restaurant are on the 10th floor which has a great view."
