「Staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very dog friendly hotel which is why we always stay there when we go to Cleveland. No other hotel is like this, and we appreciate it. Hotel is quiet, clean, and modern. 」

「Comfortable clean room for a 3 day stay. Stay could be improved by having towel bars and hooks for letting towels dry out. This may be coming anyway as it seems like they're getting close to being done with a renovation project. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「There's a young man receptionist very helpful when I had a room next to the equipment room when I can hear noises of the machine in my room, he's very quickly help me to have another room near the area. The room itself is clean and the bed is comfortable, it's well maintained. It's only the second night, one of my friends room was not cleaned. The breakfast is simple. There's toast, bacon, susages, eggs, and some fruits and yogourt. Not the best presentation, but OK for a simple breakfast. ...
