"The floors were hardwood, which was great for me as I have allergies. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and I had no problems. Also, although I only stayed one night and didn't use it, there was a laundry room, which is rare, so I think it's ideal for long-term business trips. "If you cannot tolerate the smell of cigarette - be sure to request a room on the 9th floor. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and still got placed in a room (8th floor) that allow smoking. The staff was at least apologetic and found us another room quickly, but we wasted about 20-25 minutes in the meantime which was not very pleasant after having travelled all morning. Otherwise the room itself is clean. Water pressure is on the weaker side but tolerable for one night."
