I booked two rooms at Hotel Tulusi Inn through Expedia and selected the "pay at hotel" option. Soon after, the hotel contacted me demanding full prepayment directly to their bank account. I refused, as I was not willing to prepay two months in advance.
On the scheduled date, I arrived at the hotel with two senior citizens. Despite my confirmed booking, the staff denied us rooms, stating, "Rooms are available, but you must pay a surge fee because you didn't prepay." I refused to pay the...

"The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service."
