「I travelled from across the country to find out the property double booked the room so I had no place to stay and was left finding something on a Friday night. They did offer to help and were unsure how it was able to be double booked. However it was a huge inconvenience. Still trying to receive a refund from the questionable and unprofessional customer service team. 」
