“The property itself was beautiful. The front desk appeared to be run by unhelpful teenagers. The hotel facility was tired. We didn't find it was good value for money. The fans in the room cannot be changed to come on or off and it's very loud, we requested a table fan and were delivered a very dusty fan that no one bothered to wipe down. “At first glance, when we arrived, my wife and I thought our room looked quite nice. Unfortunately, as we unpacked and got a closer look at the room, it became obvious that there were a number of concerning issues, as you will see a number of them in the attached photographs. The first thing that we discovered was that the bathroom door would not close because it was warped from the constant dampness in the room. As a result of the high humidity in the room, the bath towels were never dry by……

“Booked through Expedia. Booking was non refundable. The property did not post pool was closed for cleaning. We chose the hotel for that reason. With today’s tech this is avoidable.”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! What a great place, great staff, and the room was beautiful, with a beautiful view. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and I asked if the resort could prepare a nice basket full of local goodies. I can’t say how wonderful that was when we got into the room, appreciated that so much! Also, when we arrived, the staff was so prepared that it was our anniversary, everyone congratulated us. I can’t remember the gentlemen helping us with our bags when we checked……
