“Hotel is showing its age. Small rooms and breakfast below standard. No fresh fruit or pastries. Did offer fruit cups. Coffee was good though. Outdoor pool looked dirty so did use it. Bench outside our room was broken. So borrowed chair from pool deck.”

“I typically only review quality of service that is favourable and stands out (keep things positive). However, this review is unfavourable as I was very disappointed in how the hotel handled a concern and want future travellers to be aware. Hotel is very dated and the rooms in great need of updating, cleaning and bug extermination. The comforter on the bed was stained. Drapes do not close properly which is a concern given most rooms are on the main floor. There were many ear wig bugs inside the……

“We had a wonderful stay. Rooms, property and pool were very clean. Staff, both front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as you would expect in a buffet breakfast room - some stuff you like, some you don't. We were very pleased with it, as there was enough variety to always leave satisfied, including fresh fruit and yogurt daily. The breakfast cooks were so, so friendly, we just loved them! Not 1 complaint about anything from us! Next trip to PEI, we will……

“From the second I pulled up, I knew ot was going to be good. I was greeted upon arrival and check-in was quick. The property is meticulous and the room beautiful. I loved the scenery, the proximity to the beach and the ice cream shop/cafe and the onsite dining options were fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and helpful The EV chargers were plentiful and worked well. If I could offer two suggestions it would be to have the ventilation looked into, as there were some really loud sounds……
