“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly……

“The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. ”

“Cottage as described and very clean!”

“The cabin is lovely—both inside and out. The kitchen is well-equipped with just about everything you’d need, and there are plenty of blankets and heaters in every room to keep things cozy and comfortable in the fall weather. The location was ideal for our trip and felt peaceful and private. There was a hiccup with the WiFi when we arrived, which made it a bit tricky to get in touch at first. However, once Scarlet received our message, she responded with kindness and got everything resolved right……

“The breakgast was not as varied as other hotel breakfast. No hot food. A microwave in the rooms would be nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay”

“Breakfast was pretty good with quite a few options. Enjoyed that the room had a sofa however the bed was uncomfortable. The room also had a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The gym was quite nice. The room and eating area could have a bit more attention from cleaning staff. The front desk staff were not that friendly. There was an issue with the toilet running constantly.”

“The room was clean. Sink faucet in main area of our room was very loose. Sponge to wash dishes was used and filthy. Threw the sponge out and asked for another only for it to be replaced with another used one. Breakfast was hot but not the tastiest. Overall though, the price was reasonable for the room. ”

“It’s the perfect location to visit PEI! The town of North Rustico is such a treat! The owners made sure our arrival was smooth and easy!! ”

“The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Keurig, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans. Other guests had pets so I would say pet friendly. ”

“Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. ”
