“Our room was cleanish, however our beds did not appear to have the sheets changed. We found a lot of dirt on the inner sheets and a penny tucked into the sheets of the other bed. Both nights we utilized the pool there were no towels available for use when done with the pool, even when asked for we did not get any towels. We also did not get our towels replenished on our second day of being at the hotel. Also, on Sunday morning when we went down to get breakfast about 15 minutes prior to the end……

“The room was clean. The staff was excellent. I like the location. It diminishes the traffic noise. Nice hiking trail nearby. I love the fact that they are dog friendly. Only a couple of minor issues: The thermostat on the A/C unit did not work. No matter how high I set the temperature, the unit never shut off. No problem. I just turned it on and off manually. The tub could be replaced. It was functional, but it did not look too nice. Not a problem for me, but some guests might not like that.”
