「The hotel is claimed to be a 4 star but it’s not more than 2. Location is nice but rooms were less than the average of a simple motel. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a room on the first floor and have a partial view of the hills and pool, I say partial because they have built a tent close to the pool and attached to the building, so it blocks the view. If you’re unlucky like we were, you’ll get a room at the pool level (basement) and have the window just blind, facing the inside of tent, and paying...

「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」

「Beautiful surroundings and grounds!!! Great sized room. The pool was freezing however, luke warm at best. Too cold for an adult to use and bright light shined under the door to the room all night. Really enjoyed the outdoor fire in the fireplace at night.」

「Only issue is that the hot water is on the wrong side of the bathroom sink and shower faucets. Sink faucet has to be turned to the right for hot water, not to the left toward the red dot/hote water indicator. The hot water comes on 1st on the shower faucet not after the cold water.」

「Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better.」
