“the internet was down , the room was disgustingly dirty, our lock was broken, we did not feel safe . it was in a bad area and it smelled like marijuana, and there were crumbs in the bed. we checked out a day early and were told we would get a refund and have not heard back in regards to it . ”

“I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again.
The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy.
