「The Resort is in a beautiful position with lovely views but it is a bit run down. Our room was ok . It was clean but there was no mattress protector on the bed !
We had housekeeping for 3 days but not the next 3 days lol The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes didn't understand what we were asking.
Included breakfast was ok but often ran out of fruit. Fiafia night was great.
The Garden Villas were pretty run down.
The Gardens were nicely kept though.

「Beautiful grounds and our room was spacious, clean and inviting. Friendly staff however room got cleaned daily but towels not sufficiently replenished. Got back to hotel one night after being out all day and had no towels for a shower. Desk is not 24 hours so was a mission to get help. Restaurant food is pretty basic but the service was spot on. Hat off to the staff that looked after car parking. He alerted me to the fact that the tyre pressure for our rental was low. Lucky for us as we were...

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients at every meal. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 😊」
