The staff were friendly and welcoming, even changing our room because my partner couldn't use the stairs. This was really appreciated. It was a quiet spot, close to town. The pool was great. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, thank-you staff for a great stay!! 😍

Cleanliness in the bathroom definitely needed some work. The bars of soap supplied was so old it was ripped and modly. Even the sink under the soap looked like it hadn’t been washed in monthly because of the built up mold. There was also hair in the toilet which obviously means there was no cleaning done properly or at all. Pool was not available also. Staff were okay but the state of the room was not okay especially for the amount the room is for.

Clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. The room was well-maintained and the air conditioning worked great. Special thanks to Sila, the housemaid, who was very helpful, and the security team who were also supportive. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately we weren’t able to have it due to some circumstances. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality.

The staff member who was at work at 1am when we arrived was great, there was a mix up with the key for our room, he quickly had another staff member arrive and get us into our room and we were tucked into our super comfy beds not too long after arriving. Our kitchen tap had a bit of a leak and the had a plumber come in to fix it without hesitation. The pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good, they are currently without a chef but the ladies in the kitchen did a great job! This motel is a nice, cheap motel with lots of beautiful plants, perfect for people like us who aren’t after resort style accommodation where you sit around the pool all day, we love to save on accommodation and get out into the community and do everything possible while we are there! Then once we go back home - we rest - our holidays are go go go times!!
