「One night stay- had all the amenities and the room was clean and welcoming with luxurious and comfy bed. Lived the Ooat with a touch of coconut- best coffee (I’m a coffee snob 😁and this was excellent. Can not fault the customer service and the welcome drink🌺」

「Completely run down, food disgusting,staff have no idea what they’re talking about,had to run water for 45m before it got hot, mixed up food orders, sent up carpenter to do a plumbers job, counter staff lied, mould all around bathroom, slow outsiders into lobby area to watch football making very load obnoxious noise, this didn’t come up to Sheraton standards very expensive for what we received.」

「The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. While the hotel does not offer as many amenities as some of the higher-priced hotels, it is a decent and comfortable option for the price. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated how helpful and attentive the staff were.」

「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「Love our stay at Amanaki! Location was awesome, our room was spacious and clean, friendly staffs, basic breakfast but still delicious Located in the beautiful part of Apia town. Just one negative, is that the room need some sort of blinds as the glass sliding door/window is see through from the outside Thanks Amanaki, well definitely stay at your hotel again 😊」

「We had a nice spacious room with large comfy king bed and a single. There was a good size fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom was modern with a large tiled shower and stone basin with plenty of vanity space. We had a nice size deck looking to the palm trees and sea. Very pretty, great views and good swimming beach. The Maninoa village runs the resort and uses local personnel who are very helpful, chatty and smiley. 「We were moved room when given a room that had a broken toilet and a door that would not lock so they did change our room willingly. Sola and the Fijian bar man were both the best waitress and barman we came across in Samoa. They carried out their jobs with great efficiency. Pool needs repair Not well maintained」
