"Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!"

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "

Durch das Ticinoticket sind alle Örtlichkeiten im Tessin super und kostenlos mit den Öffentlichen erreichbar. Alle im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. "I love how it was very clean and easy for self check in and check out. Everything is walkable distance and you can get free bus pass online through hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property it’s so worth it. Lot of food options within walking distance. "
