Pointe D'esny

「Everything was very well organized and I had a great stay. The property was clean and the secure parking was also a big plus. A special thank you to Vishnu (if i spell it correctly) from the breakfast service. His service was excellent and he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were...

「Great location but not worth the price! The property does not reflect the styled photos shown online. Several listed amenities were missing, including laundry facilities. Overall, the hotel is in need of proper maintenance and care. The pool area is in poor condition, with broken mosaic tiles, and the pool was closed during our last four days. Water quality was inconsistent, sometimes appearing brown. During our stay, sewage drainage work was carried out without prior notice, and the smell...
