"Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. We would only add...more towels, please! Some hand towels in the kitchenette and extra hand towels and bath towels in the bathroom. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful - terrific staff. Suggest you put white stripes or something similar on each step as they can be tricky in the dark since they are black. Love having the Starbucks downstairs!"
