“For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. We asked for an early check in and we were denied. We asked for a late check out and again, they said no. And we……

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, was für eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Wer die Umgebung erkunden oder flexibel unterwegs sein möchte, ist mit einem Mietwagen gut beraten. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen. Die Anreise verlief völlig problemlos – lediglich der Linksverkehr auf Malta war anfangs etwas ungewohnt. Umso schöner war……

“Loved the whirlpool and the amenities! Great restaurants and amazing coffee at the internal coffee shop. Only the breakfast seemed a little like at typical big all inclusive hotels. Lots to choose from but the food was not as delicious as in other places we have been to.”

“The hotel was excellent for location and amenities. The beach club was great for bathing and access for sea swimming. The roof top pool is worth a visit so book a sunbed as soon as you arrive. The bar was very good and staff great at drink making at both the hotel and beach club. Check in was speedy and staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. The negatives were the size of room so not a lot of room for clothes storage or cases and the awkward design of the bathroom, which made it so……
