「We stayed here mid October and from arrival to departure we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond. Our room 803(Deluxe) was kept very clean everyday by the housekeepers and our only comment was lack of set of drawers and a shelf beside the mirror in the bathroom. Thats why we left a tip for them. The location of the hotel was very convenient to both sides of Silema and would recommend to others and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday great. Love...

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「A entrada é um pouco confusa, chegamos a noite e por falta de iluminação ficamos perdidas, mas o hotel é bem reconhecido na região o que facilitou a localização depois de alguns minutos. O prédio é antigo, mas nada demais, a piscina não tem aquecimento e o quarto para pegar o controle é preciso deixar uma nota de 20 euros como garantia.」

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Service, Housekeeping) sehr freundlich, haben immer ein Lächeln übrig gehabt.
