「Staff were useless」

「The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes.」

「Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. 」

「Food was excellent for 4 star all inc, evening entertainment was a little repetitive. All the facilities were great esp the spa and indoor pool」

「Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「Das neuen Schwimmbad (pool) war nicht mein Ding.」

「The hotel is very basic. Staff lovely the room they gave us was too noisy we asked if we could move they gave us another room which was so much better. The bar where breakfast was served was ok however there is not much choice and you cannot deviate I.e. when I asked if I could just have toast I got a polite no. It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations.」

「The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.」

「Property is well situated. 2 mins from bus stops, very busy road though. Room was big, clean and staff were very helpful, giving us recommendations of where to go in Malta. Downside to the room was that there are no outside views, windows in the room are internal so no natural light. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection.」

「I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...

「Not enough towels were provided, the communication through the app was terrible, but they did answer phone calls. After asking a couple of times for enough towels, we still never received them. Half the AC remotes didn’t work. The place was nice and the view beautiful, but don’t expect anything from the host if you need it. You’re on your own.」
