“The view from my room was wonderful.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The hotel website clearly stipulated 24hr free shuttle from the airport but it was never the case . I had to pay for private transfer. It’s misleading clients.
Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly as there was no pressure and the shower door was broken.
I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket.
The Floor was stained and not mopped well.
