不满意：沟通体验
I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience.
There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised.
Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating.
Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would have expected the property to communicate clearly with guests and provide suitable solutions, particularly when essential advertised facilities such as Wi-Fi were unavailable throughout the stay.
Overall, the lack of Wi-Fi, no TV and poor communication significantly affected my stay. For these reasons, I have given the accommodation a poor recommendation and would expect Expedia and/or the property to take this feedback seriously.
