「We had a lovely stay and would recommend this property. The only issue we had was that our pre-arranged hotel transfer was not actually arranged. The hotel did not confirm that booking, so we ended up using the taxi stand, which was fine. You are a bit outside of the main areas in Malta, but it was a lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel too. Great views at breakfast! Nice, quiet rooms with comfortable beds! We loved the partial sea view.」

「Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hielp je meteen. Het zwembad boven en beneden waren zeker oké. Het ontbijt had alles wat je moet hebben. Ontbijtgranen, fruit yoghurt, eitjes, toast,.. Enkel de kamer die we hadden moest denk ik wel eens een update krijgen. Bij wind klapperde het schuifraam hevig van het terras. Door een soort van kokerraam was de kamer ´s nachts verlicht hebben hier een doek moeten voorhangen.. het branddetectie systeem vlak boven het bed flikkert fel. Zwakke...

「the hotel is real near to beach, the view is good, the food is good, but (1) parking space is not yet ready! (2) the room quality is very normal! 」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「The only good thing about this place is the view. They didn’t send the codes I needed to get into the place or for my room so had a whole of unnecessary hassle. My “superior “ room was anything but with a tiny bathroom and no superior appointments.」

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

「Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. 」

「Good option with good standard rooms if you're ok to "commute" to the attractions in and around St Paul's bay (or stick to the pool area all day), location has limited food options within walking distance. Room has a kitchen (upgraded maybe) with kettle, microwave, stove and sink but no tea or coffee is provided so bring some as prices will be inflated.」

「We stayed at XVI Suites from 4–10 April and booked this hotel specifically because the pool was advertised as being open from April to October. Unfortunately, on arrival we were informed that the pool would not open until the end of April. When I pointed out that Expedia clearly stated it would be open from the beginning of April, I was simply told that the information was incorrect. After several excuses like ‘it had rained’ there was still no resolution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience...
