「We had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS hotel. The staff were super friendly, well organised and helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The hotel is well located with easy transport links. We would definitely be staying there again.」

「Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. 」

「La struttura è risultata pulita e attrezzata. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Peccato per la stanza che si affaccia sul retro non ha une bella visuale. Per il resto tutto ok.」

「Staff were useless」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「Das neuen Schwimmbad (pool) war nicht mein Ding.」

「Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.」

「Günstige einfache Unterkunft.」

Downside to the room was that there are no outside views, windows in the room are internal so no natural light. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection.」

I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket. The Floor was stained and not mopped well. Breakfast was minimal and on most days there was...

「The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.」

「The hotel is very basic. Staff lovely the room they gave us was too noisy we asked if we could move they gave us another room which was so much better. The bar where breakfast was served was ok however there is not much choice and you cannot deviate I.e. when I asked if I could just have toast I got a polite no. It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations.」

「I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...
